This quirky little place has been serving up the famous NZ green lip mussels for the last 20 years and is an Icon in Marlborough and the South Island. Produce is sourced fresh and locally using sustainable, free range and organic where possible. We are fully licensed and our wines are from New Zealand predominantly the regions, Marlborough and Nelson. The beers are from New Zealand and local craft breweries. Friday, July 27, 2012. That night in Pindale we went to dinner at the Pub Brewery and it was delish. We stopped at an outdoor store to buy Wess his headwrap, and went back to the hotel and hot tubbed. We were both exhausted so we turned in early and watched an episode of Friday Night Lights before bed. We went back into town and walked around a bit, and then hit the road to Lava Hot Springs.
